ECROS Technology has discontinued the ZiLOG Z8 Encore! Prototyping System due to lack of demand.  These pages are maintained for existing users.

The ECROS Technology "Prototyping System" for the ZiLOG Z8 Encore! can be used for the prototyping of products in a commercial setting and also for the construction of one-off projects by the enthusiast or hobbyist.  Its main features are:

• Modular and flexible overall system design with many build options
• Inexpensive starting point, but expandable to more functionality as needed
• Supports direct plug-in of Industry Standard 4-line by 20-character LCD
• Fits in Serpac S and SL series plastic enclosures
• Two prototyping areas on main board
• Easy connection of expansion boards to main board
